Name: Negavi (formerly Talia/Taliavi)
Race: Guardian
Backstory: Negavi is an old Guardian from Spring. She was trained for battle by Gherix when she was first chosen, and met Polarii, whom she loved, there. Her original powers had been summoning fire from her hands, which she chose to give up after she lost her hands, and an aura boost which affected all in a certain radius, with the side effect of her fainting after she used it. Gherix altered this to result in nosebleeds instead of fainting, and Polarii reversed it to an aura blocker. After participating in the Great War and learning how terrible it was, as well as losing Polarii, she refused to continue Guardianship and left for the forest. While there, she resumed a quiet, solitary, self-sufficient life. Eventually a young human came across her after running away from their old home. She took them in, Activated them, and gave them the name Mornic. Mornic stayed with her, at first because they had nowhere else to go, but eventually out of love, and the two bonded together - not in the human custom of marriage, but in a Mythou-bond that, although similar, had its differences. Only recently did the two come across another human with the same distrust for the Guardians, but a desire for justice that they could appreciate. Badly wounded, he would have died if they hadn't Activated him. But they did, and he was given the name Tindall.
General Strengths/Weaknesses:
+ Pretty hardy and strong
+ Able to negate Guardian abilities and auras
+ Skilled strategist
- Would much rather live a normal life than fight
- Powers are weakened by multiple Activations
Abilities:
* Ability to temporarily block the use of powers/auras from one person or in a range around Negavi. Can only use once until that use has worn off. Gives her a nosebleed when she has it activated for too long.
* Metal forearms which pack a big punch. Hands are incapable of delicate work.
Appearance:
Negavi is about 5'8, with honey-brown hair, brown eyes, and dark skin. Her build is wide and strong. Her forearms have been replaced with large, strong metal ones. She tends to wear dark brown and black: loose shirts, showing off her scars from the War; knee-length skirts, for ease of movement; and leather boots. Her blood is black, and her Aura is too, appearing almost like a black hole.
Personality: Negavi still feels guilt over her involvement in the Great War, but is mostly angry at the Guardians for what they did during it. She refuses to help them or choose a region to guard. The only thing that could convince her to fight again would be if some great evil appeared and tried to take over Terra - and even then, she wouldn't fight for the Guardians. She's solitary, enjoying the company of small animals who have learned not to fear her, especially birds. There are several birds' nests in her attic, which was actually made for them. She tends to avoid any person who wanders near, however, not wanting her presence to be discovered by the Guardians. At heart she's a kind, compassionate soul, though the War has left her with a coldly calculating side as well, able to calculate the best strategy and placement to defend, fight, or win.
