The streets of Delta are wide and sweeping, curving away gently as it follows the contours of the terrain. Trees are in abundance; short, leafy ones that provide shade but without towering overhead. Beige stucco buildings are adorned with ivy, giving the city a warm aura, with large windows to let in the copius amounts of sunlight that the coastal city gets. Sitting next to a river delta, it sees a fair amount of trade and travel, yet never reached the size of places like Deep or Pax. Decorative fountains and fishponds dot the landscape, flanked by benches and other seating, which see near-unending use in the nearly-always clement climate. A city of warm browns and bright greens, Delta is a welcome sight for those from cold climates or empty landscapes.
In Sol Forge, the armorsmithing shop run by the summon of the same name, Sol has just read a message from Odin. Oh my, this is very bad. Lys has been annoyed before, and once it saw him angry, but this? He must be furious. Sol is suddenly quite glad that he had finished the armor commission that Xander had requested and sent it off. It should be there already, what fortuitous timing. It's a good thing that Lys has Xander, he'll keep him in one mental piece. He already did when Sol's summoner was killed, but this seems to be far worse...
Picking up a piece of copper, it rubs it between forefinger and thumb, molding and shaping it like humans would a bit of clay. Well, there's nothing that it can do, everything it can do is already done. Be ready for orders, perhaps, but otherwise, back to work. It puts down the now-lumpy piece of copper and looks over the list of commissions. Examining the request at the top of the list, it begins collecting together the various ingots, fluxes, shards, and other bits that they'd need to get started...
